Application Process
1. Submit application
2. Complete Challenges
3. Get rejected or accepted
Choose a Venture
Applicant reviews current ventures and selects a few to consider. They will be introduced and meet with the investors and ideators of those ventures.
Venture Blueprint
Applicant will then be tasked to research and plan in preparation for launch. For example they will develop a business strategy and identify capital needs.
Build, Grow, Own
Equity and Operating Agreements will be finalized. Applicant will then build, grow, and work to own their selected venture.

With access to seasoned founders, students in Aspire are guided to being the CEO's of today and the mentors of tomorrow.

Selection
Applications are reviewed and selected, and aspiring entrepreneurs are assigned ~20 hours of "homework" for a venture to test for entrepreneurial aptitude and ability. Venture opportunities will have been submitted and vetted prior to selection.
Aspiring Entrepreneur and Venture Placement
Ventures view AEs and homework they have done and select one to work with their venture
Aspiring Entrepreneur Agreement
Agreement between AE and venture is finalized. AE begins working full time per agreement.

We want to be transparent from the very beginning, we are looking for the grittiest, highest preforming, and those with the best potential to succeed. These are those who take on challenges not because they have to but because they want to. The people who look at failure as a learning stepping stone and not a stopping obstacle.
Upon acceptance into the program the expectations are high. Long hours, hard work, and an understanding you will eliminate many other distractions and projects to give the time needed to the program to succeed. We need the young entrepreneurs that are ready to make that commitment.
